2. Eligibility

To register and use Pake Game, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.

• You are not registering on behalf of any third party or organisation.
• You do not already hold an active or previously suspended account on the platform.

3. Account Registration

Each player may hold only one registered account on Pake Game. Duplicate accounts are not permitted under any circumstances. If multiple accounts are detected linked to the same individual — whether by device, IP address, payment method, or personal details — Pake Game reserves the right to close all associated accounts and withhold any balances pending investigation.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC or valid government-issued identification.
• A valid email address that you actively use and control.
• A valid Pakistani mobile number registered in your own name.
• A date of birth that is accurate and verifiable.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials — username, password, and any linked payment details — secure and confidential. Pake Game will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. Any suspicious activity on your account should be reported to support immediately.

4. Deposits

Pake Game accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit and credit cards, and supported mobile wallets. All deposits are processed in PKR. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method.

• Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly or within a short processing window depending on the payment channel used.
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• Pake Game does not charge a deposit fee, though your payment provider may apply their own charges — please check with your provider.
• Deposited funds are to be used for gaming purposes on the platform. The platform is not a banking or savings service.
• If a deposit is made in error or a duplicate payment is processed, contact support as soon as possible for resolution.

5. Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your real-money balance at any time, subject to the conditions below. Withdrawals are processed back through your registered payment method — JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, or Bank Transfer — as applicable.

• Your account must be fully verified before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Any active wagering requirements on bonus funds must be completed before the associated funds become withdrawable.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within your account dashboard.
• Pake Game processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes published on the Withdrawal page. Delays caused by third-party payment processors are outside our direct control.
• Withdrawals to a payment method different from the one used for deposit may require additional verification.
• Pake Game does not charge a withdrawal fee, though third-party processing fees may apply.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

Pake Game offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and event-based promotions. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be clearly stated at the point of offer.

• Each bonus offer specifies a wagering requirement — the number of times bonus funds must be played through before a withdrawal can be requested.
• Bonus funds and real-money funds are tracked separately. Real-money funds are used first in gameplay unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Bonuses may be restricted to specific games or game categories. Check the individual promotion for eligible games.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Pake Game reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to reclaim bonus funds where abuse is detected.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion multiple times constitutes bonus abuse and will result in permanent account closure.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the Pake Game platform — whether on cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football, esports, casino games, live dealer tables, slots, or bingo — are subject to the specific rules published for each product. In the event of any dispute, the rules applicable to the specific product at the time of the bet or game session will take precedence.

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after placement unless the specific product rules permit cash-out functionality.
• Pake Game uses certified random number generation (RNG) for all digital casino games. Game outcomes are determined independently and cannot be influenced by the platform or the player.
• In the event of a technical fault mid-game or mid-session that prevents fair completion, Pake Game will apply the most equitable resolution available — which may include voiding the round and returning the stake.
• For sports betting, if an event is postponed, cancelled, or abandoned, bets will be settled according to the specific sport and market rules published on the platform.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and game tables. These are displayed at the point of wagering.
• Pake Game reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly erroneous odds or on markets affected by obvious system errors.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Pake Game platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and a permanent ban:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in doing so.
• Providing false, misleading, or third-party personal information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or RNG errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with games.
• Engaging in collusion with other players on live casino tables or poker-style games.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate any part of the platform's software or game content.
• Abusing the bonus or promotion system through coordinated multi-account activity.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity.

9. Suspension & Account Closure

Pake Game reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion if these Terms are violated, if fraudulent activity is suspected, or if a player requests self-exclusion. Where an account is suspended due to a suspected breach, we will investigate within a reasonable timeframe and communicate the outcome to the player.

• If your account is closed due to a verified breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited.
• If your account is closed at your own request and there is no outstanding breach, your remaining real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method.
• Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly. Once active, a self-exclusion cannot be reversed for the minimum period chosen. Contact support to initiate a self-exclusion.
• Players who have been permanently banned may not re-register under any name, email address, or payment method.

10. Responsible Gaming
